Ryan was great! His explained my options gave me a ball park figure when he came to look at the job. I went with a hot water heater on demand and he replaced the hot cold regulator. He explained that my fixtures weren’t the issue and didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need. EMR plumbing are honest and trustworthy. Showed up when expected I definitely will use them for all my plumbing needs.

After a referral from my friend, I contacted EMR about a split and rapidly leaking water heater. Ryan (the owner), was immediately responsive, and was able to jump into action to bail me out. Ryan was efficient, professional, friendly, and was all business when tackling the less than pleasant project. I appreciate good craftsmanship, and Ryan’s neat and tidy installation was no exception. From my brief phonecall with Ryan he immediately understood the issue, gave me a realistic timeframe, and was confident enough that it put my mind at ease. When he arrived he came prepared, installed the replacement parts required, and he addressed a safety concern that would have been a bigger headached to discover later. Start to finish was only about an hour. His magnet is staying on our fridge for the next plumbing hurdle, for sure.

I had a semi urgent situation where I needed a control valve replaced in my shower and called these guys as well as a couple other places and most people were not available but these guys in between a couple of jobs that they had in town were able to come out and get the job done for less money on a semi emergency basis than anybody else in the area. Highly recommend these guys to do any of your plumbing or heating services.

I can’t say enough good things about Brandon. Over the past few months, I’ve had them out to my house a few times to fix various plumbing issues—everything from my leaky kitchen faucet replacing to a pretty serious drainage problem in the basement. Every single time, they’ve been prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. One story that stands out: last winter, we had a pipe burst right before a big storm was set to hit. I called them in a panic, expecting to wait hours, if not days, given the weather. But Brandon was at my door within the hour in Lowell. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but Brandon also took the time to show me what to watch for in the future and gave me some tips on insulating pipes to prevent a repeat. I never felt like just another customer, they genuinely care and go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a company that’s not only great at what they do but also makes you feel like youre completely taken care of.

Ryan has done plumbing work for us on a couple of occasions including a new shower, sink and toilet installation, new washing machine water supply, whole house water filter installation and kitchen plumbing work. In every instance he has been professional, done quality work and is very responsive. I would recommend him without reservation.

Ryan of EMR Plumbing and Heating is a knowledgeable and dependable professional. I had another company that had completely batched on a new furnace installation 3 years ago causing massive failures and damage to the brand new furnace needing regular repairs through each year. When it finally completely failed I needed a new professional I could trust. Ryan came in and spent hours going through everything in the furnace to try and fix some pretty severe issues caused by the prior servicer’s careless and incorrect installation. He really could have charged us more than the furnace was worth for the amount of time and parts this thing needed. However he had empathy for our situation and was very fair, and honest with what he could due and what he charged. And though I know due to the prior damage I will probably need additional repairs down the road, My furnace is working today because of Ryan and EMR Plumbing.

I first met Ryan while he was still working in commercial plumbing. As someone with 2 generations of plumbers coming before me, I immediately saw how fast and accurate he was at his job. His quality and knowledge reminded me of my recently departed Grandfather and my uncle who is a life long plumber. After Ryan created EMR Plumbing, Bearded Viking Builders pulled them in to quote every job that required a plumber. Ryan never once lied to a client and always entered every job clean and professional. EMR Plumbing left jobs done on time and above expectations.
